Due to the special gearing process as well as a Case hardening of 700 HV 40 at a depth of use of 0.4 mm are fulfilled by our pinions highest quality standards. With modern broaching machines we guarantee an exact Passing dimension on the drive shaft with a round and axial tolerance of less than 0.1mm.
